The FISLC (Focus Independent School Learning Centre) is a learning center for FIS teachers. The FISLC believes that the potential to support students in their journey of learning, growth, and achievement is unlocked when teachers have a variety of the best learning experiences.

Focus Independent School emphasizes that students should have the best learning experiences every day in the school environment. The aim is for students to reach the optimal of their learning experience. Consequently, teachers, as the designers of the program, must have exceptional skills in designing learning programs tailored to the needs of their students.

To achieve this standard, teachers must be open to change and the development of knowledge. They should have a genuine enthusiasm for learning, a willingness to take on new challenges, and the courage to experiment with new strategies. All of this is done with the goal of creating the optimal learning experience for their students.

The FISLC strives to be a supportive partner in teachers’ learning journey. Teachers are encouraged to experiment and explore new teaching methods and realistic possibilities for programs that can be effectively implemented in the classroom through the projects designed by the FISLC.
